The group of people who conceptualised and realised the internet forum in-cludes members of various departments and offices under the aegis of the Min-istry of the Interior: representatives of other ministries, the police, the Court of Auditors, and major local associations. The group also includes representatives of the county of Esslingen, the Bodensee district and of the executive board of Freiburg, which are the lower or higher agencies, respectively, in charge of emergency services and procedures.
The project was supported by the following external services: Burson-Marsteller GmbH & Co. KG (public relations), crisadvice GmbH (management consul-tancy), both in Frankfurt; and MFG Medienentwicklung (media development and planning) in Stuttgart, Baden-Wuerttemberg.
